Founded in 1992, The Mortgage Shop's rationale is to help home buyers arrange mortgage finance in the most simple and straightforward way possible explaining the complicated procedure of house purchase in the simplest of terms.
The Mortgage Shop's full time role is to provide you, the customer, with specialist advice. We are dedicated to the mortgage market â helping you to make the right choice.
The mortgage market is as always very competitive. There are a bewildering range of mortgage products available for you to choose from. As we neither represent a particular Bank or Building Society we can use a wide range of lenders products, finding the one that is specially right for your needs.
We will explain exactly what is involved and explain the choice of Variable, Discount, Capped, Fixed and Cashback offers. We will complete all the paperwork, submit it to your chosen lender, negotiate your individual application and monitor its progress through the administrative procedures.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Typically we do not charge a fee, however if we do, depending on your circumstances, it will be a maximum of £300.
